Past is a drag on New Thoughts

Memories of the past are a mix of good and bad experiences.

While we always cherish the good ones. But regret and sorrows also stem from the past bad experiences.

If we keep our mind clear like a fresh blank  page, we increase receptivity to new ideas and future.

And to do that, we should practice the art of forgetting the past. Everyday.

Whenever the mind goes back into the past memories, just think…

That was the past that cannot be relived; so why think of it.

Just keep your mind free of any past clutter.

With continuous practice, a great art of looking ahead to optimism can be achieved.
