Cancellation & Return Policy
- We offer a 5 day return policy. This means, you have 5 days from the date of receipt of your shipment to request a return.
- To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it; unworn, unused, with tags and in its own original packing.
- In the event, if you are displeased with the products provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
Since our products are edible, of health care and medicinal in nature, we cannot accept back the opened and used products.
To accept or refuse such used product cancellations and initiate refunds, will be solely at our discretion, which will be communicated to you, after we have been contacted for a cancellation through the Contact Us link.
Refund Policy
Once a cancellation has been initiated by you and/or accepted by us, as the case may be, we will initiate refund, within two to three business working days.
If paid by credit card, or any other payment method, refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
SHIPPING POLICY
For domestic orders, we use registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post services for shipping. Orders are delivered within 3-4 days, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, by the courier company/post office regulations.
We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier company/postal authorities. We commit to handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-4 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation.
