The Policy for the cancellation and refund is as follows:
- You can cancel your order anytime before the shipment is made, and we will initiate a full refund that should reflect in your bank account / debit card/credit card in two to three business days.
- In case the shipment has been made, you can cancel your order by not accepting the parcel.
- If you have received the shipment and still wish to cancel your order, you may initiate cancellations. Please contact us via Contact Us link, for this purpose.
- In the event, if you are displeased with the products provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
Since our products are edible, of health care and medicinal in nature, we cannot accept back the opened and used products, except in exceptional circumstances.
To accept or refuse such used product cancellations and initiate refunds, will be solely at our discretion, which will be communicated to you, after we have been contacted for a cancellation through the Contact Us link.
Once a cancellation has been initiated by you and/or accepted by us, as the case may be, we will initiate refund, within two to three business working days.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateways, refund payments will be made to the same account.
